1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stealth Docs Inc. (“Stealth Docs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) websites, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you act on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

  • Account – A profile created on our platform that enables access to paid or free features.

  • Client Intake – The process through which prospective clients provide case information so we can evaluate scope and eligibility before any paid engagement.

  • Deliverables – All documents, reports, templates, or digital files that Stealth Docs produces for you under a Statement of Work or product purchase.

  • Successful Case – Completion and hand-off of the agreed Deliverables in the format promised at purchase, together with written confirmation from Stealth Docs that the file is ready for submission to a bank, police agency, lawyer, or other recipient. Successful Case does not guarantee reimbursement, legal recovery, or third-party acceptance of the file.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these Terms or harms our reputation.

4. Client Intake

  1. Application Form – Prospective clients must complete our secure online form with accurate, good-faith information.

  2. Eligibility Review – We evaluate complexity, documentation gaps, and conflict of interest. We may decline an application at our sole discretion.

  3. No Advice Until Engagement – Submission of an Intake Form does not create a professional relationship or obligate Stealth Docs to provide advice. Engagement begins only after (a) acceptance email, (b) signed Statement of Work, and (c) payment of any required retainer or product fee.

5. Scope of Services

Stealth Docs offers three primary service tiers:

  • Self-Help Guide – A downloadable roadmap and templates for independent use.

  • Claims Package – Preparation of a structured file for clear single-transaction frauds up to CAD 25,000.

  • Investigative Documentation Package – A retainer-based engagement for complex or multi-jurisdictional matters.

We do not perform legal representation, asset recovery, or debt collection. We document, organize, and present evidence to support your efforts with third parties.

6. Fees and Payment

All prices are stated in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Payment terms, subscription cycles, and any retainer requirements are described at point of purchase. When auto-renewal applies, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in writing. We may request additional verification for high-risk transactions.

7. Refunds

Self-Help Guide purchases are final once the download link is delivered. Claims Package and Investigative Documentation retainers are refundable only before work begins, minus a 5 percent administrative fee. After we commence work, refunds are prorated against time spent.

8. Successful Case and Service Completion

A case is deemed Successful when we deliver the agreed Deliverables and confirm readiness for submission. Outcome with banks, police, or courts lies outside our control; Stealth Docs makes no warranty of recovery, enforcement, or third-party response time.

9. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accurate content but may correct typographical errors, omissions, or outdated details at any time without notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You will not use the Services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, harass individuals, or manipulate evidence. We reserve the right to terminate access for prohibited conduct.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Services remain the exclusive property of Stealth Docs or its licensors. No license is granted except for limited personal use required to interact with the Services.

12. Confidentiality

We treat all client-supplied documents as confidential and use them solely to deliver the Services, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stealth Docs and its personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) CAD 1 or (b) amounts you paid in the thirty days preceding the first event giving rise to liability.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Stealth Docs from third-party claims arising out of content you supply, your misuse of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Alberta courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when business, legal, or regulatory needs evolve. Material changes take effect upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
